Project background
The development group of this new shopping centre attracted Shoprite-Checkers (2139m²) and Dis-chem(1059m²) as the main commercial entities, with a further 516m² allocated to various line shop tenants, basement parking 2959m² and open parking 6377m².
915kVA standby diesel generation is available as backup power to the complex.
