Project background

This project involved the design and installation of a complete Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system for a factory specializing in the manufacture of piping for the mining industry through extrusion processes. Given the highly sensitive nature of extrusion manufacturing, where any interruption in power can result in material waste, equipment damage, and costly production downtime, a reliable and uninterrupted power supply is absolutely critical to the facility’s operations. To safeguard against the growing threat of load shedding and grid instability, a comprehensive UPS system was engineered and implemented to ensure seamless, continuous power delivery to all critical production equipment. This solution effectively eliminates the risk of production disruptions caused by power outages, enabling the factory to maintain consistent output quality and operational efficiency. The result is a resilient energy infrastructure that protects the facility’s manufacturing processes and supports the uninterrupted supply of essential piping products to the mining industry.
