Project background

This project involved a comprehensive bulk power supply upgrade for Vision Meat Group, designed to support the facility’s demanding 24/7 operational requirements. The existing 800 kVA transformer was replaced with a higher-capacity 1.6 MVA unit, effectively doubling the available power capacity to meet the facility’s growing energy demands. Complementing the transformer upgrade, a new main incomer distribution board (DB) was installed, equipped with a generator synchronization set that enables seamless and automatic changeover between grid and generator power. This ensures uninterrupted power supply during grid outages or fluctuations, minimizing downtime and protecting critical operations. Together, these upgrades deliver a significantly more robust, reliable, and scalable electrical infrastructure, providing Vision Meat Group with the power capacity and resilience needed to sustain continuous, uninterrupted production around the clock.
